Flexible work environment

We understand that life is unpredictable, and, at Metcela, we put an importance in creating an environment where our team members can work comfortably and thrive. We provide employees with multi-display systems and introduced convenient stores in the offices. We also encourage work-from-home whenever possible and employ flextime.
We lend out PC monitors for those who are working from home. Metcela is a company that continues to evolve by listening closely to the feedback from our team members and commit to new initiatives.

Metcela understands that research is an ongoing process that requires intense focus to innovate. At Metcela, we have a research support team dedicated to assisting with daily operations, creating an environment where supplemental operations are supported by IT so everyone can concentrate on our core business.

Heart failure is a global issue, we need a team with a global mindset. Our lead pipeline will be first approved in Japan, and we will seek following approval around the world. Using the knowledge we gain from the clinical trial in Japan, we will expand overseas. We value employees with experience in diversity and inclusion, as we are becoming a global company. We encourage all employees to network and gain perspectives from diverse colleagues.

Balancing work and personal life

We introduced 5-consective paid holiday to encourage our employee to utilize the paid holidays. We have a 100% utilization rate of this program every year. Our hourly-paid holiday, flexible working, and flexible work-from-home system lets the employees use their time effectively and achieve a good work-life balance.
