Heart failure is a global issue, we need a team with a global mindset. Our lead pipeline will be first approved in Japan, and we will seek following approval around the world. Using the knowledge we gain from the clinical trial in Japan, we will expand overseas. We value employees with experience in diversity and inclusion, as we are becoming a global company. We introduced 5-consective paid holiday to encourage our employee to utilize the paid holidays. We have a 100% utilization rate of this program every year.
